Usage and aim of Danube FIS Portal data therefore shall only be providing a general overview, but not to serve as a basis for actual shipping and navigation. Calculations and operations may not be based on Danube FIS Portal data. Thus, no responsibility is taken either implicitly or expressly for the correctness of the information made available on this website. All information is subject to change.

The NEWADA Partnership assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any direct damage, consequential damage or damage of any other kind that might result for some reason or other from the direct or indirect use of website data.
